NF Executives is a business management consultancy firm that connects clients with experienced independent contractors. We provide administrative, operational, and executive support services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use our Services.

3. Services Provided

We assist clients in hiring and managing independent contractors for business tasks. Contractors are not employees of NF Executives, and we are not liable for their actions outside the agreed scope of work.

4. Payments

Clients agree to pay service fees as outlined in our written agreements. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services. Independent contractors are paid according to separate agreements between them and NF Executives or its clients.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Use our services for illegal activities
• Misrepresent your identity or business
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, and service content remain the intellectual property of NF Executives. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

NF Executives is not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for services in the last 30 days.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time, especially in cases of misuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services means you accept any revised Terms.
